Eating out and eating healthy is so damn ex lah! Usually lunch with chicken rice and can drink only $8. This box of salad and juice cost $17.50! Wah lau eh! I also want to open salad n juice bar! Who want to be my biz partner?

It's liddat wan. They'll make u pay for health, one way or another.
That being said, it cost more than I thought when I make my own versions of what I thought were healthy, delicious and filling salads. I hit up to $8 per portion. Minimum $6.
