2008 has been a learning stage for brands and companies to test out the water in the ocean of social media in singapore. And now its time to decide who to hire and give that money to in 2009 where social media will be taking a notch higher.
With the same concept of WOM, what the others (bloggers, journlists, writers) say, write and share about the events for the past one year are equally important too don't you think so?
If you're a brand deciding to carve out a budget for social media in 2009, which agency will you give that money to? Or will you spend that sum hiring a staff to run it in-house to work together with the agency for your traditional media needs?
