At KL now - hiding in hotel room

Flight from Singapore to KL in SQ! And now such huge room all to myself! *faints*

I've never expected to get such kind of treatment lah! So is this what people going for press junkets always get? I'm impressed! Or did they mixed me up and gave me a wrong room?

Having this room is great! But now I'm tempted to just stay in the room and not go out! Feeling a little giddy right now. Hope to be out by 4.30 for quick shop and back by 7pm to get ready for the launch. I wonder what's in store.

Have got a prepaid sim card topped up, so I've got unlimited internet finally! Will be tweeting and sharing photos from later I hope.

Ok, time to take a break and get ready to wonder around KLCC...

See ION Orchard on your hands!

Technology has allowed us to do some pretty crazy things! And now, in the comfort of our own room, we can see ION Orchard (the up and coming mall) on our very own hands!





This isn't my first encounter with augmented reality though. Back when I was teaching, I had couple of projects with Dr Adrian Cheok's team to create Mixed Reality stuff for education purposes. One of them was bringing the complex solar system to life!
