How come others can carry so much?
I've seen women and even men carry lots of stuff on the arms and it seem so painless. And when I do it, I get numbness in my arm after short while.
And not forgetting the marks left after...
How come they can do it but I can't? Or are my stuff too heavy? It's just normal girl stuff in my bag! No lappy wor! Worst if it's in the bag.

Happy with my Phiten
After a week with the Rakuwa x50 Necklace from Phiten, I'm feeling less stress and pain on my shoulder. After hearing fellow friends who are phiten users, I'm confident that it will improve my back condition.
