How come others can carry so much?

I've seen women and even men carry lots of stuff on the arms and it seem so painless.

And when I do it, I get numbness in my arm after short while.

And not forgetting the marks left after...

How come they can do it but I can't? Or are my stuff too heavy? It's just normal girl stuff in my bag! No lappy wor! Worst if it's in the bag.

Happy with my Phiten

After a week with the Rakuwa x50 Necklace from Phiten, I'm feeling less stress and pain on my shoulder.
