Bio-ray ankle guard
Wonder if this thing will help reduce that lump on my left feet. Tried for the first time last night and i woke up with two cramp and aching feet. Perhaps due to lack of motion and blood flow. Hope it won't be that bad later in the morning. Wearing them to bed again tonight.
